Strictly speaking it's not a TO but an asset sale. Any generalized liabilities racked up by FGO in the course of its business would still be the problem of FGO, not the asset purchaser (they are specifically taking on employee liabilities). But if FGO had, say, violated someone's patent it would still be FGO's problem (not like a true TO).
Does anyone know anything about Rymamay Investments or the Craig Neil Investment Trust? There's an address in Pyrmont which just looks like someone's apartment.
