I don't think they intentionally ran FGO into the ground. I just think they aren't very good at what they do, and never had that much of a product.

I played with the Nationwide app when it was briefly accessible to the public and asking their "artificially intelligent" agent was really no better than putting the same queries word-for-word into a site-specific Google search and crossing your fingers. That was at 4.5 cents or so...
