When uranium was still in favour, I became a shareholder of PNN. I’ve since maintained my shareholding primarily for the outstanding potential of the Musgrave Province Project. When Managing Director Norman Kennedy, unexpectedly died in 2013, his wife hesitantly stepped-up and took over the reins. However, things haven’t quite gone according to plan for various reasons.

Nevertheless, I remain optimistic not to underestimate PNN’s long established connections and networks coming to the party here.

I'm guessing that their strategy is to gain funds to finally drill out Musgrave of which they have done so much good preliminary work. Should this sale happen, AMG becoming a shareholder suggests that they too see the potential in the Musgrave beast.
