    I see this as a negative distress sale as JV agreement was boasted to have great potential and generate more than 12mil cash per year, its going to take ages to receive the performance payment and why would someone sell an asset that can produce 32K ounces annually plus infra processing toll revenue was expected to be a mil every month!
