Correct, they could list without raising capital-- I've been waiting several years for them to do so. As for the failed attempt-- they wanted to sell north of $20 (20 Aussie shares would have equaled 1 US share)-- the last I heard was it was down to $17 and still not sold out. They said to hell with it and had no trouble raising the money in Australia.
Here in the States there is a requirement of being over $1 to be listed on the major exchanges. Now that the sp seems firmly above the $1 level, I would hope management revisits the US listing.
