I think they stated that they wouldn't make any capital allocation/return decisions until NZ emerges from its lockdown or the coast is clear at least.
As they are going for 90%, this could well have another month and a half to run before we get their decision on this.
Will be interesting to see how they do it. A buy-back would have been extremely compelling sub $1, especially as there was a bit of liquidity around the $0.70 mark.
