What I am saying is. I would rather invest in a new company, with new management who have good compliance.

If I gave the same money to the current management with their track record of non compliance and a billion shares listed then it's a long road.

New management would not have share options for Africa that would dilute the current shareholders even further.

Start fresh, positive attitude, no baggage, Professional management.and not be based in Indonesia.
