I really applaud the management for their dedication and level headedness in such a difficult time for the company. I have seen many other management teams basically check out when the going gets tough but still continue to collect a big pay packet. Not in this case…they are working hard on a plan with the only reward being based on what the share price will be. For this fact alone I am feeling mildly confident that RAN can clear out the current issues and get in a position to be a sustainable business into the future. I am not sure on holders sentiment but I would hope that holders would support management in any initiatives around a CR when we get to that point if needed.
