To date all shareholders have lost everything. They can't even trade their shares because Management have not followed the listing rules and regulations that are in place to protect shareholders.At a minimum the management should follow regulation to allow the shares to trade so the shareholders can liquidate if they want out.
The shareholders that want to cough up more cash can then do so.Whats the plan. Use the funds from selling up the last company asset on lawyers to defend the Indo tax authorities from collecting what they deem due. This is the number one issue.

.I do believe in the product. Therefore I believe that for this to work the business should liquidate, sell to a new owner who has no liabilities and the ability to raise the necessary funds to reach the economies of scale for it to be a viable business.
