I always thought the HPI investment was a strange move in the first place. They were consistently investing in funds or assers they could control. Why then take a 15% stake in another kusted properrty company ?
I suspect that never being in control of HPI has taught them a lesson.
I think that this will be when TP reshapes TGP and focuses on what they do best. Investing in property assets that can be worked quickly. I own both TOT and TGP - I cannot decide who will be the winner long-term. I suspect that they would want to take their stake in TOT higher whilst they fix the business.
