I sold for these reasons today for a mighty 6% profit (lol) and think I can better deploy the $ elsewhere
I own some of DRM.TO which has similar issues to TGP (it has a challenged office reit) but does have a growing asset management wing, lots of other valuable assets and is more undervalued
