Yes I am going to wait a while to see how it all plays out but I will most likely post a loss. I have not yet taken a hard look at LFS preferring instead to look at the H1 results as you are too. I did not like their IPO so I have a bad taste about them which will need to be removed by some good H1 results - otherwise I will be an early seller of LFS if this deal gets up. I do not mind the remaining commercial lending arm and may even invest further should it end up surviving and the price is favorable.
