I have some of these Hum shares and I dislike AF at Latitude. Hence I dont want his shares.
Do I get a choice or just sell at market? and move on.
Not much upside from here hanging on is there? Latitude have 63m coming out of escrow, 150m to Hum holders, that looks like decent % dilution or is it?
Nothing is ever black n white once one steps in the footsteps of AF. It’s usually very bad for minnows and great for whales.
