Thanks.....I think the Flex commercial share price will double in a very short time (and thats even assuming no further growth and we know that leasing is going nuts)Flexicommercial will pay a very high dividend.
If we end up with a $175m market valuation (ie .35c x ~500m shares) and the leasing business is delivering ~$25m p.a. for an EPS of 15%....even at a 50% payout we're talking 7-8% yield.
