Bingo!
They are getting instant value with the HUM deal, LFS was worth less than $2.00, now it will likely be worth more, that's just a result of the value being unlocked directly to them.
We're actually probably not going to do badly out of the deal in the long run due to the deal being mainly scrip, at least we get to share the upside not being paid for now.
Still think the deal stinks personally but it's certainly better than what HUM have delivered thus far......
