Seems like money of mine guys knows more about how to run S32 than the board and management of company do.Well, there is an investor driven and board approved strategy to transition the company away from coal into pure play future facing commodities company. That's exactly what this transaction accomplishes. This should not come as a surprise to anyone. Market has liked the announcement.The sale consideration is structured to participate in future upside. I dont see an issue here.Excel spreadsheets don't run businesses.
