Because it has not been doing well? Because the political and macro picture ahead is looking more than questionable? As I have said, with all things considered, I would be surprised if it didn't drop below $2 at some point in 2024. That said, I am not bearish on the stock, per se. Some poor decisions have been made, but commodities will be always needed and as long as the management of S32 doesn't try to go too hard along with the woke wave, $2 could be a very nice entry point.
I am Hold - if I were holding, i'd keep it; however, I would not add before a significant drop lower.
