Most new business ventures have their own company.
for example I have 3 seperate businesses all under different companies, I create a new company as I purchase/start the business. Less risk involved if it goes belly up, I just wind that company up without it impacting my other two companies.
its called smart business. Obviously you have zero business background which is fine.
