good news, sure. have been super critical of the spa business, well done.

but...1Million - arguably, less than the asset value of the business. The devil is in the detail, will this warrant a big write off the asset in the bal sheet? the market will work this out quickly.

if SP rises on hype and comes down to 6/5 finish, it would be a bad deal.
