    This is a start however why are TTT getting paid at the end of the year?

    I am guessing the machine hasn't been built yet? Or, is there testing involved? Surely not. It should be all certified by now.

    $710k is peanuts but it is better than nothing. TTT spend that per month.

    Between now and December, there will be yet another CR to come.
