I have done some further digging around, as follows:
Carlisle current contribution is $USD6M
ABLLL notes pay $USD2.40 per annum, 60c per quarter - means PAC will earn $USD4.75M for the period they are held
ABL does not pay dividends, however has been recently trading at $12 per share - 30% uplift in deal price would be good.
PAC owns approximately 2% of ABL, excluding the notes
