Yep, agree and know all that re the adjustment @Robot42.
However, the announcement states MIN are essentially taking over from 1 May 2024, even though approval of the transaction has not been rubber stamped by the pollies, but they still want to go back to 1 January 2024 for pricing adjustments....??
Seems very ballsy of MIN to do that, and very meek of BCI to have accepted it.
Mind you, I don't believe BCI were in a position of strength on this deal. It will be interesting to 'park' this aspect of the deal and see how close BCI are to receiving the final $12.5mil.
Yet again, frustrating that there are not enough details in the announcement. Happily vague....?????
