L7 was doing $40m rev and $4npat when Amcom bought it. Obviously neglected it like most large corporates do!. Vocus just wanted out when they inherited it no doubt.
Perfect timing for CNW. Almost an xmas gift.
You would think under Milner and co with some love they could get it back somewhere near its previous $40m rev. Even if we only get $20m rev and some profit great buy at $500k
