What an outstanding deal! all the salient points have been covered in the posts above so I won't repeat them. I'd only like to add that I think a case of the best vintage Dom Perignon should accompany the the $500k cheque , at the very least! And management should help themselves to a case or two as well, with the best wishes of the shareholders
