This is not a great sale, I honestly don't know what quality the Kookynie tenement is like here but it really must not be held in high regard by IR1.
If I was a major shareholder of IR1, I would be digging deeper & asking some questions. I hope this turns out well for investors but I'm not at all confident.
Take a look at the Board & performance & you will see what I know about NME.
The way I see it any tenement is an asset, for the board of IR1 to sell to NME for shares is basically dumping it, it's harsh but I've seen how poor NME have performed & I can tell you they have had the same board for a long time.
