Here is the good stuff from the announcement:
1. Forget turnover it's irrelevant.
2. Losses reduce profits so we immediately increase profits by say $4,5 million.
3. The sale price will reduce interest by around $250K per annum.
4. Plus hidden benefits of not having the overheads to manage it...
So I think its a huge plus at this stage. Now it's on my radar again...
