no multiples till the other $15M is in the bank

at least now CFE does not have to shoulder the cost of care and maintenance....
they recover the original price plus the interim running costs....

then they have to wait it out for the balance...
its going no where just sitting there....and the lease will have govt performance conditions that have to be met annually....
cfe as you say buys fixes and sells......
now they are handing it over to a party that develops this style of asset ...name unknown.....
its just one non performing asset that they are removing from their books...

and yeas he does gloss over the facts.....a real salesman...must have been a used car dealer at one time...
