this deal returns up front $10M Now

the balance of $15 M in 2014 subject to the stated conditions....

so they have not disclosed the buyer...not until due dil is completed and the deal is signed and binding.......

I guess the buyer may not want their identify revealed till the final contract is signed.....must be a condition of the sale.....
