Yes your correct with ABC not coming to the party and Id suggest that Arrium discussions were drifting south.....
I was sure that something was happening in the background on this front and yes I was disappointed it wasn't a deal to supply Arrium but $2m in the bank with a chance of more to come should the deal all go through...
Yes they will announce the buyer after DD period then we will understand more details about the buyer and the company they are trying to build - and yes I believe it will be a new company that will be listed which I'm sure is why the $52m got mentioned.
