Hey Red, without doubt, there is a tinge of frustration in the back of my mind that PNR was not able to sell their rights/assets from a position strength
As I really do wonder what might eventually be found on the tenements. But $30m in cash is nothing to be sneezed at (as long as PNR don't whittle it away).

@wassa - agree regarding the assets overall, could be a decade before PNR even got around to exploring for other resources like Lith etc.
That being said... the deal has some quirks after having time to read it more carefully.

Why no $30m if they reach a FID on a Lithium discovery...? My first thought is... Min Res is most keen on the Lithium and that is where they got the biggest pound of flesh in the negotiations.
Also, does PNR have something already discovered in relation to Platinum?



Good luck to all holders, especially the LT ones that have held their nerve, would not have been easy.
