Keep approx $15m cash and reduce debt by $15m?
If they can pay the loan down by $15m (loan agreement/terms), they will save $450k per quarter in interest. This would be a significant step to having our first quarterly profit!
The 2nd lot of $30m will be years away, but would see us debt free or give us the opportunity to scale up production or prove up reserves
