Another great piece of work by management to offload one of the better assets of the company to another company with almost no money or capability to develop the assets and a shareprice even lower than TYX. MPJ has almost 2 million shares on issue so unless TYX sells them immediately which they wont what will happen is post issue they will consolidate and the issue fresh capital thus diluting TYX's holding.
