A million shares of this stock is of such small value that I don't think it actually means anything.
Lots of people out there have $5,000 to invest speculatively - that's 200,000 shares.
If it was 1 million shares at $1.000 and not $0.025 then I might be interested.
Up $0.003 one day, back down the next.
