The company entered into a binding agreement with Konstantin
Resources Limited regarding the sale of its 100% owned
Majdanpek West project in Serbia.
• Key terms include:
▪ $300k payment in stock or cash payments to Raiden
▪ Raiden retains a 1% NSR over the project area
• Company advances negotiation on the divestment of other noncore assets in Europe and Australia
With this in mind, it seems to be a waiting game till the value of this company is realised by investors.
