My layman's analysis of this announcement is, it is a "big" positive, my concern was the low cash position prior to the announcement, the ongoing income earned (services provided) from work associated will be of benefit, as well as potential upside of shared gains. Settlement times appear generous, but without deeper knowledge of negotiations, they maybe more advantageous to TNG shareholders than i surmise. Share movement after announcement also encouraging.
