Banksy - I suspect Wellborn is part of the forward look. Isn't he still a Director?
If he is then he hasn't sole any shares so still owns 9,000,000 EQX shares which makes him the largest shareholder ahead of Middlemas with 5,200,000. Between the two of them that is circa 10% of the company.
Plenty of skin in the game and my guess is they call the shots from here.
And Westcott the answer to your question is the same answer to the question: why GC is still at SDL? No development means no need for high salary CEO except if you have nothing else to do or if you are just there to drain the bank balance. EQX have cut costs and been realistic.
