the company has $37.3M in cash and will receive another $5M, based on most recent renouncement. the cash position will be 33 cents per share
the company is merely a large cash box. large cash boxes rarely trade at cash value
if the company can sell its last asset for another $5m, its worth say 36 cents a share after liabilities
i recently bought some at 25.5 and still have part of a buy order to fill there
while this company is pretty plain & boring, nothing worth criticising
it sure can't be compared to the @westcott disaster called SDL
