when EQX had $38M in cash and was trading at 20 cents, this was because the market believed it would use that $38M in cash to develop its iron ore projects
but unlike SDL, EQX have changed their plans & are no longer planning to waste their $$$ on expensive $77/t cost African iron ore
instead of being an iron ore disaster like SDL, EQX is now a cash war chest
with $40M, they might buy a chain of Pizza Huts for the Congo
