If Exarro or what ever they are called could not see a profit or the worth in funding what they have, how will others warrant funding the EQX Projects?
EQX were only looking to start off with a very small yearly export figure, how small are this new company looking to beneficiate and export?
The lower the yearly production/export figure the less economical it becomes.
That is the reason SDL have gone from 35 to 40 Mtpa figure and say per tonne will be less to produce and export.
Rail cost from mine plant will be the same for 5,000 tonnes per shipment as 50,000 tonnes per shipment, in my opinion.
Stock yard I assume will be charging a certain rate per week until enough is in the stock yard to fill a ship for export. Smaller the ship, the more per tonne to ship to China or where ever.
Really don't see the point in this deal.
Only thing to make sense to me would be for local refining into steel.
