God this sounds fake, am I reading it right, a loan and equity in a company that isn't quite set up yet? So now we owe them money (2.5m) own less of the derma brand (49% vs 12.5% of this new company) and have to sell them a lot of our cdb for 5 years.
Might as well have sold it to me.
