You were spot on with you assessment of the VC deal and with the current deal.
If the derma side of it was really worth something a major player would have snapped it up paying real cash not some not yet listed penny stock on the TSX with no website.
As far as the medical Cannabis side goes there are already many products on market who have tested and proven their products spending millions doing so.
Im all for the development of MC but this company has got a lot of cash to burn through before they get anything clinically tested and onto the market.
