Derma must have been valued at C$2.55 mio. Can't see what sales revenue was attributable to Derma in the annual report so a bit hard to work out what multiple of total gross revenue that represents. Question now though is if that represents 12.50% of Cannaglobal then that company is valued at C$20.4 mio
There are lots of risks but I think there are more positives than negatives not least of which is receiving payment in 10 days (here we go again). I think making the same mistake twice is unlikely. If Cannaglobal do list we may find that MGC's share value is significantly increased. They are likely to just on listing.
The supply agreement is great too, but mostly the positives are the concentration on Pharma now and getting rid of the VC debacle. They have also opened up some additional management expertise and new markets for themselves. No comment on who takes over dealing with the proceedings against VC
Picked up another 200k shares @5.1c. Worth the risk
