    IMO: looks like ditching VC and selling the whole business line to another company might be a sign that MXC might not be well suited in the beauty sales industry at the current stage and requires assistance. This should be a win for both parties.

    "Important, the Company will retain exclusive rights to supply MXC's own CBD.....for the production of MGC Derma's product range for a minimum of 5 years and will benefit from future MGC Derma sales growth expected to be generated by Cannaglobal."
