The OTC listings aren't truly "publicly listed" and from my understanding they are officially seen as "unlisted stocks" if only traded over OTC markets.
That's why the sale of under 20,000 units dumped the otc price of ONSS from above 10c to under 1 cent recently.
That's also why there are next to no recent financials or discolsures available for ONSS. Unregulated markets full of shonky shell companies.
At least they pretended CG were going to list on a 'proper' exchange. Let's see if they can manage to lose 90% of the deal "value" again this time. $12.5m became $2.5m.... I'm guessing $6m might become $600k this time?
