Even so, with a single search for Onassis Holding Corp on OTC bulletin board. I am able to find the full company history and new ownership information:
The original company was formed in 2004 as Onassis Mining Group Inc for precious metals mining, then change to shipping operated profitably in Vietnam from 2010 to 2017 with a Vietnamese nationals management team. The company changed ownership from Mr Joseph Arcaro to the current ownership Mr Eliron Yaron on 17 April 2019. No current BoD are listed for the new ownership. The company registered for the healthcare business in January 2020. So no guessing and bulls*tting please.
