As I said before there is no successful business keep selling its assets for some equities of unknown value, and keep raising capital from the market (count how many CR has been done in the last 24 months?). They are soo desperate to raise capital from the market that they even use "COVID-19" as a gimmick.

Everything shows that it is likely that something is going wrong here. Have a look at what's happened to SAS? MXC has shown a very similar pattern to SAS before their voluntary administration. I also believe there is a high chance there will be a merge and takeover happening soon.
