Here are SEC their filings for the Company mxc are receiving shares in... it shows some previous debt history in the filings which may explain some of the interest payments?
It also show Eliron Yaron took control last year thrpugh buying only 2000 shares.
It's fair for MGC Pharma holders to ask for information on this company I would have thought?
Looks a lot like the Cannaglobal deal.
