This is an exploration company. You raise, drill add value to the resource untill production or sale. You need to raise enough to get to the level of re-rating. Has STK done that ...?
What I am saying is that MGV is being bought for ~180m.
The Milrose resource has increased form all the recent drilling, and is pre-PFS. Say they spend 3m on PFS and resource update and you would think Milrose could be worth >150m in this crappy market. Selling now is too early in my view.
