mmm, don’t know about any of that being a possibility but in this day and age who knows, only way for NST to pull out would be that they have a get out clause if pending drill results are not what was expected, I mean we were all led to believe some time ago that they were in the lab pending release etc, bad for us shareholders if the results were over the top good and both parties knew it hence the not too shabby cash.
