Given the current Market conditions I think Matsa have been prudent in taking the Mt Henry deal,it gives them a pile of shares which can be converted to cash at some time in the future and means they won't need to go the market for money.
Don't write off Symonds Hill either- Talisman's Monty is a salutary lesson in that regard.One might think that TLM management have been banging their heads on the wall to punish themselves for that move
